SHIPPING INFORMATION

Products ordered in this Online Store will be delivered to you by mail or via courier/delivery service.

We process orders every business day at 10 am and deliver them the same day, and usually in urban areas they are delivered the next day.

You will be contacted by the delivery service by phone to arrange pickup of the shipment.

This means that the ordered products will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days from the date of ordering, depending on your location. If the product is currently in stock, you will receive it within 5-7 business days after ordering. If the product cannot be delivered to you, you will be contacted using the data you specified in the order.

By default, we ship the products in their original, unopened factory packaging, unless otherwise agreed with the client.

You can pay for the products upon receipt at your home address or at the local post office in cash, or by credit card.

With each shipment, you will receive an invoice, with detailed specifications and prices of the products in the order.

The house rule is that all orders must be confirmed by phone before delivery. It is imperative that you leave a phone number with the order where you will be available, and after we send you the order, the courier will call you on the same phone number (when the order arrives in your region) to arrange for its collection.
